XXXV Festival Internacional d'Escacs de La Pobla de Lillet

Torneig vàlid per al XXII Circuit Català d'Oberts Internacionals d'Escacs 2026.
El 2025 ens va deixar en Joan Barnola i Espelt. Era el darrer soci del club que ja hi era els primers dies de fundació del club el 1950.
Ell va ser qui dibuixà els primers taulers, que juntament amb uns rellotges, es varen fer en el club per poder jugar els Torneigs Nacionals que es varen fer entre 1955 i 1959.
També fou director d'aquest Open des del 1995 en que es jubilà.
Seguim sent Torneig de la categoria "A" del Circuit Català.
L'any passat es va batre el record de participació amb 150 jugadors reals. Esperem seguir batent el record.

El 2026 es commemoren els 100 anys de la mort d'Antoni Gaudí. A La Pobla de Lillet tenim dues obres seves i el torneig actiu el farem dintre dels actes de l'ANY GAUD¨Í a La Pobla.
Per tant, també tindreu més oportunitats de participar -l'Open i l'Actiu o un dels dos-. Aneu reservant els dies de vacances per a la primera quinzena d'agost. Us esperem a tots!.
In 2025 we were left by Joan Barnola i Espelt. He was the last club member to be there in the first days of the club's founding in 1950.

We continue to be Tournament of the category "A" of the Catalan Circuit.

In 2026 the 100th anniversary of Antoni Gaudí's death were commemorated. In La Pobla de Lillet we have two of his works and the active tournament will be held within the events of the ANY GAUDÍ in La Pobla.
